If your heels are lifting off the ground we most likely have an issue with our Dorsi flexion unless you scored a 4 or higher on the Ankle wall touch test follow instructions for the Ankle Wall touch test. If scored a 4 or higher on the Ankle wall touch test then we most likely have a motor control or loading sequence issue.

2-3 Days per week perform the following

1.Tissue work on the gluteus maximus 30-45 seconds each leg

  1. 2. Tissue work on the quadriceps femoris 30-45 seconds each leg

  2. 3. Tissue work on the Plantar faciae and calf 4. Dead Bugs 2 sets of 15 each side

5. Primitive Squat Pattern 2-3 sets of 10

  1. 6. Worlds greatest Stretch 1-2 sets of 6 each leg.

    7. Ant. Loaded Squat (light weight) 2-3 sets of 8 rep

After Completing section 4 chck your evaluations and move on to sect. 5 is necessary below
