Lunge Test Evaluation sect. 5 & 6

If you answered yes to either #5 or #6 coordination and balance and coordination will be the focus. Starting with bracing then working your way down the leg establishing control joint by joint.

Dead bugs 2 sets of 10 each side

Clam Shells 2-3 sets of 10 each leg
Lateral Band Walks 1-2 sets 10 yards down and back

Glute Bridge 2-3 sets of 10 reps

Ant. Loaded Squat (light weight) 2-3 sets of 8 reps
