Perform these drill and exercises 2-3 Days a week in 4 weeks retest and compare results

    1.   Tissue work on the plantar faciae, achilles, Calf (soleus and gastrocnemius) 
    2.  Toe elevated standing Knee break 2-3 sets of 8 reps
    3.  Squat hold 2-3 sets of 30-45 seconds

4.  Toe walk 30 yds or 90 steps

5. Heel walk 30 yds or 90 steps
